How long does a design template take to personalize?
Generally, I can create your piece from the available designs in about 2 days, and it will ship via Priority Mail the next business day.
How long does a custom design take?
Custom designs can be created soon after I understand what you’d like to see. Get in touch with me as soon as you can so that we can talk about designs.
I need a birthday gift this weekend! Can you rush my order?
I can try! It depends on a few factors, such as if you need something customized, what inventory I have, where you live, etc. Simply type your “need by” date into the comments box when ordering - I'll get back to you and let you know if I can get it done. Express Mail, UPS and FedEx are available for faster shipping.
Can you ship to APO/FPO Addresses?
Absolutely! All packages being shipped to APO/FPO addresses will need to be shipped via Priority Mail - First Class just takes way too long (like 4 weeks!) Please remember to add the Priority Mail Shipping upgrade to your cart.
